Contributions to IPP may be made by individuals, corporations, or trade associations. Contributions can be made in unlimited amounts. Further, because the Iowa Progress Project is organized as a 501(c)(4) non-profit, the donors to the organization will not be publicly disclosed. As a policy matter, IPP does not accept contributions from foreign nationals (unless permanent legal residents of the United States).

Any contribution to the Iowa Progress Project will not be deductible for federal income tax purposes.
